Harnesses, Lines and Belts

Winter is in its prime and that means it is time to get outside skijoring while you can!  We have been providing these winter friendly supplies since 2006 and welcome all questions to our email.  The harnesses, belts and lines can be used for all types of exercising but originally the set was made for skijoring.   We can help you get started with this set up, you can walk, run, hike, bike and skijor so it is a system that you can use all year around.   We have a variety of items available but our most popular item is the cross back harness.  The harnesses come in a variety of colors but currently we have red, blue, green and black.  All sizes do not come in all colors so it is best to contact us to have a favorite color ordered.

The harnesses fit dogs from 25 pounds to 125 pounds and are $40 each.  If you would like a custom made one, ie specific color and size, then we charge an extra $10 for a special order as we have to pay for shipping it to Ontario from our supplier in Manitoba.

Other items we have available are belts and lines, backpacks, boots, coats and weight pull harnesses.  The belts and lines allow for room between you and your dog so you can do your activity comfortably behind your dog.  The line has a unique featured called a 'quick release' and a 'bungee type action' for the safety of you and your pet.  It will allow you to release the dog if need be.

We live in the Carleton Place, Ontario area but frequently travel to Kingston and Ottawa.    Mailouts are available for everyone and this service is available on any product and we charge $10 for shipping.   Ideally it is best to meet up with you and have your dog try on the harness as dogs come in various sizes and shapes so we like to make sure you are happy with the fit.  If you are unable to bring your dog with you or you prefer a mailout situation then measuring your dog from the base of its neck to the base of its tail is very helpful.  Also knowing the weight of your dog is extremely important.

It is best to contact us by email first and our email address is [email protected]   We do take phone calls for questions. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.    (613)213-2059  is our Cell phone number and you are able to leave a message on this line.  (613) 257-5709 is our home number.
